To begin, Antimicrobial Armor is our newest service available to our clients in which we use an EPA-registered breakthrough antimicrobial surface protection coating technology that is 99.9% effective with a durability of up to 90 days. It provides protection against the bacteria and viruses that cause influenza, listeria, gastroenteritis, salmonella, E.coli, staph infections, MRSA, C. difficile, and COVID-19.
Antimicrobial Armor works by bonding to the surface due to its organo-silane base. Coupled with its positively charged nitrogen at the center and its 18 carbon-chained bed of “nano-swords” at the top, it prevents the growth of microorganisms and germs on both porous and non-porous surfaces.
This advanced technology is also an environmentally green surface coating that is water-based, non-toxic, non-polluting, non-leaching, non-flammable, non-allergenic, non-irritating, odorless, and colorless. It is approved by the EPA for use on food surface contact and is also safe for use around children and pets making it unlike anything else on the market today.
It is also important to note that Antimicrobial Armor is not a disinfectant. Antimicrobial Armor is applied after cleaning and disinfecting surfaces to provide a lasting protective barrier against bacteria and viruses for up to 90 days.
